Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
- Liaise with vendors and customers to resolve any invoicing queries
- Process payments to suppliers and reconcile accounts
- Assist in the preparation of month-end reports and reconciliations
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring that employee records are accurate
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting team as required
Requirements
- diploma in account, finance or equivalent;
- 1-2 years experience in an accounting assistant or similar role;
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Intermediate Excel experience;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
