Responsibilities

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
  • Liaise with vendors and customers to resolve any invoicing queries
  • Process payments to suppliers and reconcile accounts
  • Assist in the preparation of month-end reports and reconciliations
  • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring that employee records are accurate
  • Provide general administrative support to the accounting team as required

Requirements

  • diploma in account, finance or equivalent;
  • 1-2 years experience in an accounting assistant or similar role;
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
  • Intermediate Excel experience;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
