• Work Location: 18 Lab Café Elmina (Elmina Sales Gallery, Shah Alam)
• Working schedule: 6 days a week (by schedule)
• Operation hours: 9am – 8pm (2 shift)

Job Description

• Welcome guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and deliver food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful demeanor, while also addressing any menu-related inquiries.
• Utilize a point-of-sale system to input orders and accept payments via credit card reader or cash register, ensuring precise change calculation.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to prepare a variety of foods, including sandwiches, pastries, baked goods, and cakes, while adhering to serving guidelines, safety protocols, and sanitation standards.
• Operate specialized equipment such as ovens, yogurt dispensers, blenders, and espresso machines to craft customized hot and cold beverages tailored to customers' preferences.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the coffee kiosk on a daily basis by bussing tables, returning trays, sweeping and mopping floors, sanitizing kitchen utensils, and managing waste disposal.
• Foster effective communication with colleagues and management to establish work schedules, onboard new hires, and address any interpersonal conflicts that may arise.
• Handle guests' concerns and complaints professionally and calmly, resolving issues in accordance with restaurant policies.
• Uphold a tidy and hygienic appearance by wearing a designated uniform, displaying a name tag, and adhering to the company's dress code.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least SPM
• Basic knowledge of barista techniques and food preparation.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive demeanor and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
