Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, marinating, and portioning food items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Prepare and cook menu items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace by following food safety protocols and cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces regularly.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels and notify supervisors of low stock or needed supplies.
  • Work effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during service.

Qualifications:

  • Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
