Job Responsibilities

  • To establish an effective Sourcing System (together with Team) ie: Procurement or sales Support Team to further strengthen company system and performance interms of Cost Competitiveness with adequate pre-qualification to supplier. (Strengthen Resources);
  • Source for new products with more competitive prices for projects; from China and Local and obtain approval from the Management;
  • Inventory control and Management; Creating purchase orders (Direct and In-direct); Negotiating price and terms (Drive cost-saving initiative and Cash flow planning); Delivery and Logistic Planning; To ensure documents match project schedule and requirements;
  • Verify payment requisition form (PRF), matching job (Invoice, DO & PO) before submission to Finance & Accounts Department;
  • To liaise and work closely with suppliers and other departments to ensure efficiency of the purchasing and delivery
  • Preparation of DATA Report for Head of Department/Management review . (such as inventory, purchase & cashflow reports and etc);
  • Review and provide suggestions to improve work flow, procedure and structure where applicable;
  • Plan and launch community initiatives to create connections between members of different organizations. This might include targeted member introductions, recommending possible mentor matches, running networking events and managing communications within the space and through digital vehicles;
  • Maintain a friendly, uplifting and motivating environment in the co-working space;
  • Develop, manage and implement strategies to optimize the operational efficiency
  • To handle e-commerce platform, trading, building material to align with the company’s business direction;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with business partners and clients. Proactively communicate with partners and clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions;
  • Plan, organize, and execute various events such as seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and conferences;
  • To support and implement operational efficiencies for company products, not limit to ID platform, new competities products, market trends products, execute various events like workshop, exhibitions, seminars and conferences to acquire partnerships/client for the company;
  • To support not limited to social media, websites, newsletters, banners, EDM, digital and print advertisements, catalogues, leaflets, posters, and videos;
  • To support and liaise closely with the marketing team on all marketing and advertising projects and campaigns including externally engaged parties (if applicable);

Requirement

  • Minimum 7 years relevant working experiences
  • Minimum 3 years of managing a team.
  • Must have experience in Furniture industry
  • Have own Transport, willing to travel to other state if required.
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Alternative Saturday 9am to 1pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
