Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accounts and Payroll Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will manage a full set of accounts, oversee payroll for both Malaysian and expatriate employees, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
The role requires hands-on experience, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software.

What will you do:
Accounts Management:


  • Handle a full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Manage the setup of new company accounts.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports.
  • Coordinate and liaise with auditors for annual audits.
  • Manage company taxation, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.

Payroll Administration:


  • Process payroll for Malaysian and expatriate employees, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
  • Handle statutory payments such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB, ensuring timely submissions.
  • Manage manual payroll processes when necessary.

Compliance and Reporting:


  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
  • Prepare necessary documentation and submissions for audits and tax purposes.

Software Utilization:


  • Work with accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks for accounting.
  • Work with accounting software such as BrioHR, Payroll Panda, or any other tools for payroll.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in digital and manual systems.


Who are we looking for:


  • Proven experience in managing a full set of accounts, audits, and taxation.
  • Minimum of 5years of payroll experience in Malaysia for both Malaysian and expatriate employees.
  • Hands-on knowledge of statutory payments and compliance processes.
  • Proficiency in Xero and QuickBooks.
  • Experience in BrioHR, Payroll Panda or any other payroll software.
  • Experience with manual payroll processing.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and external auditors.
