Responsibility
- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issue related to the company’s products.
- To exceed customers expectation in terms of customers service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Requirements
- Required Language(s): Mandarin, (with or without) Cantonese and English. (Need to liaise with China, HK , TW customers).
- Fresh Graduates or Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
- Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts & off day (5 working days).
- Candidate without SPM qualification also can apply.
- No age limits.
- Full training will be provided, no experience requirement.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
