1. Take care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and quality set by the Hotel.
2) Has knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation.
3) Need to have full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.
4) Has followed good preservation standards for the proper handling of all food products at the right temperature.
5) To operate and maintain all department equipment and reporting of multifunctioning.
6) Supply enough mise-en-place and ensure smooth operation.
7) Has knowledge of all preparation concerning ingredients, cooking techniques and presentation.
8) To ensure quality and freshness of all food preparation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
