Job Description
The Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting upper management to ensure the effective and efficient execution of the company's operational activities.

Responsibilities

  • Distribute the company profile in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Interact professionally with potential customers and maintain accurate database records.
  • Manage the day-to-day operational activities of the company.
  • Conduct site visits, attend meetings, and handle operational matters related to workers and clients at project sites.
  • Perform tasks outside the office, such as visiting banks, government offices, or project sites.
  • Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the Cleaning Services industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Internet).
  • Fast learner, team player, hardworking, punctual, and able to work independently when needed.
  • Must possess a valid driving license.
  • A warm and welcoming personality.

Work Location:
Taman Perindustrian OUG, Batu 6 Jalan Puchong, Kuala Lumpur

Working Days/Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 1st and 2nd week only (half day)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
