Job Description
The Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting upper management to ensure the effective and efficient execution of the company's operational activities.
Responsibilities
- Distribute the company profile in a timely and efficient manner.
- Interact professionally with potential customers and maintain accurate database records.
- Manage the day-to-day operational activities of the company.
- Conduct site visits, attend meetings, and handle operational matters related to workers and clients at project sites.
- Perform tasks outside the office, such as visiting banks, government offices, or project sites.
- Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the Cleaning Services industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Internet).
- Fast learner, team player, hardworking, punctual, and able to work independently when needed.
- Must possess a valid driving license.
- A warm and welcoming personality.
Work Location:
Taman Perindustrian OUG, Batu 6 Jalan Puchong, Kuala Lumpur
Working Days/Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 1st and 2nd week only (half day)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
