We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter with over 1 year of experience in recruitment. Experience in SAP recruitment will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Collaborate with Director and HR Manager to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and managing follow-ups.
- Maintain and update a database of candidates and recruitment records.
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize recruitment processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- More than 1 year of experience in recruitment.
- Experience in SAP recruitment is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
