Business Objectives
Managing Roster Planning and Advance Crewing for all AOC
Ensures that the rosters are planned and maintained in accordance with the regulatory and company requirements for each AOC
Coordinate between Flight Operations and Cabin Crew Department for any ad hoc planning
Coordinate between Crew Establishment Manager, Training Manager and Crewing Manager to for upcoming roster requirement and operational requirements
Provide monthly roster analysis and incorporate process improvement
Primary Accountabilities
Manage the Roster Planning and Advance Crewing team to ensure compliance in crew roster for each AOC
To facilitate constant coordination between Director/ Chief Pilots of Operations and Cabin Crew Manager team
To ensure changes in roster requirements as per OMA are communicated to the planners accordingly
Monthly roster review and hours reviews are done to identify non compliance and inefficiency
Quarterly gap analysis are done on Roster Planning and Advance Crewing team for preparation of yearly recurrent training and assessment for the staffs
Conduct performance review for Rostering and Advance Crewing Planners
Attend relevant meetings with Flight Operations and Cabin Crew Department as needed
Manage ad hoc assignments given by the Head of Network Management Center
About You
Aviation Experience Preferred / min 2 Years experience in Roster Planning/ Advance Crewing
AIMS or Aviation Crew Resources Systems experience is an added advantage
Posses good proficiency in verbal and written english
Capable of working in a team environment and flexible in handling ad hoc requirements
Basis knowledge of google workspace is an added advantage
Able to work SHIFT duties as per department requirement
