Job Objectives:
- To assist for executing the employee compensation and benefit with the objectives of building attractive remuneration package to attract, retain the talent.
- To assist in developing and administering compensation and benefits programs that support our organization’s overall strategy.
- To ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Roles and responsibilities:
- To conduct / participate the market surveys, do the analysis and to make necessary recommendations.
- To assist in design and provide support in a variety of base pay management initiatives and activities, eg analysis and evaluation salary data from internal and external sources, competitive pay analysis, and provide consultation / recommendations on compensation for New Hires, promotions and career development / lateral moves.
- To conduct audit on ongoing compensation and benefits programs to ensure fair and equitable treatment and compliance to policies and procedures across SAM Malaysia.
- To liaise with other departments to ensure the smooth running of matters pertaining to compensation and benefits.
- To assist in the management of Employee’s Performance Management, Annual Increment & Annual Performance related matter.
- To perform retention analysis for retention purposes.
- To be the point of contact for inquiries related to Compensation & Benefits matters. To perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel across SAM Malaysia.
- Able to work both independently and in a team.
- Strong and proven analytical skills. Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
