Job Objectives:

To assist for executing the employee compensation and benefit with the objectives of building attractive remuneration package to attract, retain the talent.
To assist in developing and administering compensation and benefits programs that support our organization’s overall strategy.
To ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Roles and responsibilities:

To conduct / participate the market surveys, do the analysis and to make necessary recommendations.
To assist in design and provide support in a variety of base pay management initiatives and activities, eg analysis and evaluation salary data from internal and external sources, competitive pay analysis, and provide consultation / recommendations on compensation for New Hires, promotions and career development / lateral moves.
To conduct audit on ongoing compensation and benefits programs to ensure fair and equitable treatment and compliance to policies and procedures across SAM Malaysia.
To liaise with other departments to ensure the smooth running of matters pertaining to compensation and benefits.
To assist in the management of Employee’s Performance Management, Annual Increment & Annual Performance related matter.
To perform retention analysis for retention purposes.
To be the point of contact for inquiries related to Compensation & Benefits matters. To perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Must possess own transport and willing to travel across SAM Malaysia.
Able to work both independently and in a team.
Strong and proven analytical skills. Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
