Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections.
- Take orders accurately and process payments promptly.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner.
Order Management:
- Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen or barista team.
- Serve food and beverages to customers efficiently.
- Monitor and ensure timely delivery of orders.
Cleanliness and Maintenance:
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining, counter, and service areas.
- Ensure tables, chairs, and utensils are clean and properly arranged.
- Restock service stations, napkins, and other supplies as needed.
Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with kitchen and barista staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Support team members during busy hours or peak times.
Cash Handling:
- Operate the cash register or POS system.
- Reconcile cash and receipts at the end of shifts.
Brand Representation:
- Uphold the company’s brand image and maintain a professional appearance.
- Promote ongoing promotions, products, or events to customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
