Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections.
  • Take orders accurately and process payments promptly.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner.

Order Management:

  • Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen or barista team.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers efficiently.
  • Monitor and ensure timely delivery of orders.

Cleanliness and Maintenance:

  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining, counter, and service areas.
  • Ensure tables, chairs, and utensils are clean and properly arranged.
  • Restock service stations, napkins, and other supplies as needed.

Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with kitchen and barista staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support team members during busy hours or peak times.

Cash Handling:

  • Operate the cash register or POS system.
  • Reconcile cash and receipts at the end of shifts.

Brand Representation:

  • Uphold the company’s brand image and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Promote ongoing promotions, products, or events to customers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
