  • Provide accurate information on LightHeal Physiotherapy & Sports Rehabilitation to clients, in-person and via phone/email regarding treatment services provided, available packages, and current promotions.
  • Update clinicians' and centre's calendars on daily basis. Schedule clients’ appointments with physiotherapist accordingly.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Keep stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Basic secretarial task: Assist upper management with the coordination of their schedules, appointments, daily operational tasks, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings, letters, and other official documents when needed
  • Establish and maintain a keeping system for patient files and contacts directory.
