Job Description:
1. E-Invoice Management:
- Assist in processing and validating e-invoices in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in e-invoice generation and submission.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies related to e-invoices.
2. Accounting and Bookkeeping Support:
- Provide assistance to the finance team in recording and maintaining financial transactions.
- Support in reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and managing ledgers.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
3. Ad Hoc Support to Head of Account:
- Undertake tasks as assigned by the Head of Accounts, which may include collaboration on special projects and ensure their timely completion.
4. Administrative and Data Entry Tasks:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
- Organize and file financial documents for easy retrieval.
- Handle general administrative duties to support the efficiency of the account department.
Requirement:
- Minimum diploma in Accounting or in related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office with a knowledge of common bookkeeping procedures and spreadsheet.
- Strong attention to detail, fast learner and have administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and independent.
- Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
