Requirements:
- Malaysian only
- Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping department as assistant housekeeper/ housekeeping supervisor/other similar positions
- Must have strong leadership and communication skills
Job responsibilities:
- Responsible to oversee the overall operation of housekeeping department such as public area, guest rooms.
- To ensure team members follow the Hotel standard of cleanliness
- Ensure smooth communication within front office, maintenance in regards of any requests/complaints from guests
- Monitor departmental expenses and ensure all resources are used efficiently
- other duties assigned by Executive Housekeeper
