SUPERVISOR @ PASARAYA HWA THAI

• Responsible for managing their staff and providing direction. This includes assigning tasks, delegating responsibilities and setting goals for employees.
• Responsible for monitoring the work done by your team members to ensure it meets company standards and customer expectations.
• Responsible for maintaining the store. This includes ensuring merchandise is properly displayed, keeping inventory levels at an established level and making sure all areas of the store are clean and orderly.
• Responsible for managing the budget and ensuring the proper allocation of company resources.
• Responsible for helping customers and answer questions about products or prices, assist with returns and exchanges and provide information on sales and promotions. To resolve challenging situations with customers.
• Responsible for maintaining inventory levels and prices.
• To monitor sales, identify areas in need of replenishment and order new products as necessary and deals with suppliers and ordering systems.
• To oversee the stocking and cleaning of shelves.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Retail management: 1 year (Preferred)
