Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with existing and potential B2B customers in the Northern Region of Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory (Northern Region).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential B2B customers such as restaurants, cafes, hotels, supermarkets, and other food service establishments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits, communication, and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new market opportunities.
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and other relevant documentation.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events and trade shows.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any customer issues promptly.
- Travel extensively within the Northern Region to meet with customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Northern Region.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
