Finance Manager (PJ) (8 years Experience)

Company: Trading Industry Position: Finance Manager Location: Petaling Jaya Salary: up to RM11k Working days: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm) Job Descriptions: • Ensures accurate and timely day-to-day accounting which includes invoicing, payment processing, payroll and cash management; • Ensures that a complete and accurate monthly trial balance, balance sheet, income statement and notes to accounts are completed on a timely basis (full set of account); • Be familiar with management reporting and statutory reporting requirements and ensures that monthly closing is done accurately and timely according to the schedule; • Ensure all payments are checked and processed accurately and timeliness; • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to reconcile discrepancies in payments, invoices and receipts; • Oversee the overall accounting functions (including preparation of financial and management accounts) for all the operating companies within the Company
