Job Description: Attended sales inquiries, including call-in and walk-in customers, by providing relevant information about the product and the project with the objective of achieving sales target. Execute marketing strategies to achieve the sales target set by the Company. Organize and participate in property launches or exhibitions and sales office duties. Prepare and manage the budget for marketing activities, as and when required. Prepare sales kit & marketing collaterals. Build and maintain good relationships with potential customers aimed to increase customer base and loyalty. Arrange and conduct property/Hotel tourism viewings and presentations for prospective clients. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in residential property sales or a related sales role Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills Thorough understanding of the real estate market, property valuation, and sales processes Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Proficient in using relevant sales Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field Candidate fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients Language: Job Purpose : To develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, resorts, and tourism related businesses to drive sales of FMCG products, ensuring consistent growth in market share Job Scope : 1. Identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationship within the hotel, resort, and tourism sectors. 2. To conduct regular visits to existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities in order to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. 3. Understand the needs and preferences of the hotel and tourism market to tailor product offerings. 4. To analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential challenges. 5. Provide market insights and suggestions to the management team to refine strategies. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Requirement : 1. Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG industries. 3. Strong understanding of FMCG products and the local tourism and hotel field 4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 5. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) 8.
