QC SUPERVISOR

Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Assist with the onboarding process of new hires. 2. Training and support Inspector to assure effective and competent performance of quality inspection. 3. Supervises inspections, reports & documentation issued by inspectors & collect the file for required quality records. 4. To organize briefing with all Inspector regarding work performance and others related issue (such as quality, discipline and attendance). 5. To supervise, verify and control the inspector over times and approval on leave issue. 6. To coordinate with Project, Production, Planner and Store as well for ensure smooth process flow of all production operations and new project. It was included the planning vs raw materials status, adhered to procedures set-up / spec meet the specific objectives and quality standard. 7. To prepare the quality performance data and presentation slide for sharing to management and customer if necessary. 8. Generate scrap form and submit to customer as required. 9. To monitor the Gauge Calibration schedule and follow up with pending issue. 10. Provide technical knowledge and guidance, assist in inspection and trouble-shooting and part failure analysis. 11. To Issue and follow-up Internal CAR (Kokeshi) to production and CAR issued by our customer. 12. Maintain good discipline and housekeeping practices (6S) in QC department. 13. Carry out any others jobs and activities as require by department HOD and management.
