QC Supervisor (Aluminum) - Sungai Gadut, Negeri Sembilan

1. Minimum two years working experience in production environment ideally in Aluminium Industry 2. Result oriented and possess organizational and analytical skills to organize and manage inspections and achieve desired objective and results. 3. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and requirements and to translate into relevant inspection criteria. 4. Minimum Diploma in engineering, industrial or production disciplines. Degree holder preferable. 5. Salary to commensurate based on work experience, knowledge and skill set. Job Responsibilities 1. Conduct analyses and studies on product quality, composition and evaluation. 2. Conduct factory audits at supplier premises and prepare comprehensive reports with regards to process and product quality and specifications in compliance with customer requirements. 3. Conduct root cause analyses with appropriate recommendation for improvements and incorporate preventive measures. 4. Plan and conduct incoming, in process and outgoing inspections of raw material and finished products. 5. Control and monitor product and material quality during pre and post production. 6. Liaise with customers and suppliers pertaining to quality issues 7. Act as QC representative for customer inspections. 8. Perform other duties as assigned by management. 9. Prepare, compile and maintain all quality related reports and records.
