We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Clerks to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of daily office operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters. Maintain and update office records, databases, and inventory. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Provide administrative support to various departments. Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and direct them to appropriate personnel. Requirements: Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
