We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team at our bakery manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in bakery production or related fields. The Production Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring efficient production operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality and food safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee daily production activities to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards. 2. Monitor and manage staff performance, providing guidance and training where needed. 3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards. 4. Maintain accurate production records, including inventory, raw materials, and finished products. 5. Collaborate with the quality control team to address and resolve any product quality issues. 6. Plan and coordinate workflow to optimize productivity and minimize downtime. 7. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functionality and address maintenance needs. 8. Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in bakery production or food manufacturing. Strong understanding of bakery production processes and quality control standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Familiarity with HACCP principles and food safety standards. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
