Job Scope and Responsibilities:
Finance:
Accounts payable and receivable: Assist with processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing payments.
Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, update ledgers, and assist with month-end closing procedures.
Financial reporting: Help prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses.
Budgeting and forecasting: Assist with creating and monitoring budgets, and contribute to financial forecasting.
Tax compliance: Learn about tax regulations and assist with preparing tax returns.
Data entry and analysis: Input financial data into spreadsheets and accounting software, and perform basic financial analysis.
Bank reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements with company records.
Payroll processing: Assist with calculating and processing employee payroll.
ERP vs Merchant Report reconciliations.
Human Resources:
Recruitment and onboarding: Assist with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Employee relations: Learn about employee relations best practices and assist with resolving employee issues.
Benefits administration: Assist with managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
Training and development: Help organize and coordinate employee training programs.
Performance management: Assist with performance reviews and employee feedback processes.
HRIS management: Learn about HR information systems and assist with data entry and maintenance.
Compliance: Learn about labor laws and regulations and assist with ensuring compliance.
Employee engagement: Assist with planning and implementing employee engagement activities.

Pay: RM7.00 per hour
