Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician specializing in AC servicing and tire maintenance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining automotive air conditioning systems, as well as tire servicing, including installation, alignment, and balancing. This role requires technical expertise, a commitment to quality, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AC Servicing:
  • Diagnose and repair issues in automotive air conditioning systems.
  • Perform regular maintenance, refrigerant recharging, and component replacements.
  • Tire Services:
  • Conduct tire installations, alignments, balancing, and repairs.
  • Inspect tires for wear and damage and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • General Maintenance and Repairs:
  • Carry out basic maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, brake inspections, and battery replacements.
  • Assist in diagnosing and repairing other automotive systems as needed.
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and recommended solutions.
  • Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate service records for all maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Ensure proper documentation of parts used and services performed.
  • Safety and Compliance:
  • Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Certificate in Automotive or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of automotive AC systems and tire servicing equipment.
  • Proven experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair in an automotive environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Hands-on experience in automotive AC servicing and refrigerant handling.
  • Familiarity with tire alignment machines and other tire service tools.

Work Environment:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment.
  • Requires physical stamina and the ability to handle heavy equipment and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
