· Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth.
· Manage the overall performance and operations of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or Shopify.
· Create and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
· Plan, implement, and monitor promotional campaigns, including sales events and digital advertisements.
· Analyze sales reports, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to align e-commerce strategies with broader business goals.
· Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide effective solutions for order-related issues.
· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
· Ensure compliance with e-commerce platform policies and company standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
