Japanese Chef task is to prepare and cook a variety of Japanese dishes, including sushi, teppanyaki, sashimi, tempura, ramen and others Japanese dish. Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and taste. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with Japanese cuisine and available to work during our opening hours.

1. Chef responsibilities include studying recipes, setting up menus and preparing high quality dishes. You should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner. Also, you should be familiar with sanitation regulations.

2. Create a Japanese cuisine menu including sushi, teppanyaki, bento box, sashimi and related to Japanese dish for restaurant and special occasion such as buffet and special event require that Japanese menu.

3. Select fresh product to make high-quality dishes.

4. Coordinate with our wait staff to ensure proper cooking, considering special requests and food allergies.

5. Monitor food stock and place orders, as needed.

6. Maintain hygiene principles in all cooking areas and clean your space at the end of the shift.

7. Plans and manages food quantities and plating requirements for the specialty restaurant.

8. Maintains food preparation handling and correct storage standards.

1. Work experience as a Japanese Chef at least 4 years.

2. Originally for origin country is encouraged.

3. Good knowledge of various Japanese cuisine.

4. Ability to work both fast and accurately.

5. Team spirit.

6. Availability to work during hours, including weekends and evenings.

7. Flexibility to take on various shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
