We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Sales Manager (E-Commerce) to spearhead our online operations and drive our digital growth. Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve e-commerce operations on platforms like Shopee, TikTok, B2B channels, and new marketplaces.
- Create and execute sales and marketing strategies, including live selling, to meet sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with e-commerce partners and use data to recommend strategies that drive success.
- Identify areas to improve processes, customer service, and sales for better efficiency.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to shape future strategies.
- Track promotional performance and key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, traffic, order cancellations).
- Ensure accurate product listings with optimized images and descriptions.
- Oversee e-commerce operations including sales, pricing, order fulfillment, and after-sales service.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce and marketplace management.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/related
- have basic knowledge of apparel and fashion industry
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Creative and focused on results.
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
