Assistant Finance Manager

- Manage the process of accounting, financing and taxation. - Control the operation in line with company policy. - Manage the day-to-day financial matters of the mill/site – AP and AR. - Ensure proper controls on the cash flow management of the Mill/site. - Coordinate with the related financial institutes and government agencies. - Coordinate updates of the corporate information with Comp Secretary. - Ensure all accounting and financial reports are well prepared and submitted to government agencies as required by law. - Coordinate and work with other regional finance team and responsible to the Finance Director & other Directors. - Provide necessary advice and suggestion for all finance employees when required. - Coordinate with Auditor for yearly financial audit requirements. - Work with the operational teams on the annual budget and quarterly forecasts of the site/farm. - Communicate with the group management team on the sales margin analysis by individual product groups on monthly basis. - Other related tasks as appointed by the management.
