- Handle customer inquiries (medical, hospital, clinics-related) over the Voice (Inbound call) and Non-voice (Email, Livechat & WhatsApp) channel
- Obtain all necessary information, check on systems and align with customer needs
- Checking the availability, arranging and scheduling appointments according to doctor/specialist availability
- Assist customers with essential guidance and accurate information (medical-related)
Working timing
- Monday to Sunday - 8am to 8pmpm (Operation timing)
- 5 Working days (2 Off days - depends on schedule)
- Rotational shift (rotate in between 8am - 8pm)
- 8 working hours perday (9 hours including lunch break)
Working Location
- Tokio Marine Tower, Jalan Tun Razak (Kuala Lumpur)
- Accessible by MRT & LRT Ampang Park Station (walk-in distance)
- Must have an experience in Call Center industry
- Available to join on February 2025
- Must able to communicate in English & Mandarin (Above average)
- SPM holder and above
- MBBS holders are welcome
- Must able to communicate in English & Mandarin (Above average)
Salary Package
- Base pay: RM3000.00 - RM3200.00
- KPI allowance: up to RM500.00/month
- Attendance allowance: RM100.00/month
