- Working Days & Hours: Monday - Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 4pm
- Work Location: Kechara Food Bank, Setapak, KL
- Open to Malaysians only
- Salary: RM2500 - RM3000 per month

Qualifications
- A diploma in business administration, facility management, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
- At least 2 years of experience in Administration is preferred
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage & oversee daily operations, schedules, and records for HQ and state hubs, covering Food Bank and Empowerment programs.
- Schedule volunteers/trainees for Food Bank and Empowerment programs.
- Support training and community outreach activities.
- Monitor and report on all food collection and delivery activities
- Track and report on donations and materials.
- Assist with budget tracking, invoices, and donation records.
- Maintain program records and prepare reports.
- Ensure adherence to policies and local regulations.
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
