  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director.
  • Organize domestic and international travel, including bookings and itineraries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas as required.
  • Maintain a filing system and handle confidential documents with discretion.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist with projects, research, and data collection for the Director.
  • Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize events, conferences, or corporate functions involving the Director.
  • Address ad hoc tasks and proactively resolve issues
  • Possess 2 years experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic accounting or financial knowledge (if required for budget management).
  • Knowledge of project management tools or CRM software can be beneficial.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
