- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient time management.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director.
- Organize domestic and international travel, including bookings and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas as required.
- Maintain a filing system and handle confidential documents with discretion.
- Coordinate and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist with projects, research, and data collection for the Director.
- Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize events, conferences, or corporate functions involving the Director.
- Address ad hoc tasks and proactively resolve issues
- Possess 2 years experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic accounting or financial knowledge (if required for budget management).
- Knowledge of project management tools or CRM software can be beneficial.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
