Must-Have
Should have good understanding of P2P Business Process and E2E Process knowledge of Procurement.
Should have a good understanding of SAP Supply chain processes.
Good knowledge in Business Function Mapping such as Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Request for Quotation, Contract, Scheduling Agreement, Invoice, Material requirement planning
Should have depth knowledge of SAP Organization structure, Master data, Purchasing documents, Inventory management and Physical inventory, Release strategy, Split valuation, Price determination, Automatic price determination, Special procurement, Stock transport orders, job related interfaces
Should be able to work for Design & Configuration of Purchasing Document types, Number Ranges for Info records, PO, PR, Invoice, and screen layout.
Should be able to handle all procurement activities budgeting, Plan materials and Complete P2P cycle from RFQ, PR, PO, GR, MIRO/Invoice etc.
Cross functional integrations like automatic account determination, STO & Subcontracting.
Knowledge of MRP, Pricing procedure, output determination.
Should have Worked on other modules integrated with MM such as SAP WM, SAP SD & SAP PO
Should have sound knowledge of Physical Inventory, Transfer posting, Return Delivery & GR Returns, Pricing procedure, Output determination, Split valuation, Version Management & Release strategy

Supervising business with diagnosis and planning activities
Analyzing and assuring quality of the data collected
Assisting in formulating specific solutions to address prioritized gaps
Supervising business architecture and process design activities
Assisting in the development of capabilities and performance measurements/KPIs

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
- Responsible for working on requirement gathering from Customer and transferring the requirement into Functional Documents.
- Responsible for functional design document and process documentation for project deliveries
- Should be working on full life cycle of project implementation starting from gathering business requirement, business blueprinting, realization, unit testing, integration testing, GoLive preparation and postproduction support activities
- Responsible for all SAP MM & WM Organization Structures and assignments, MM-FI Integration, Pricing Procedure, Stock Transport Orders and Special Procurement Types, MRP Types, Release Procedures for Purchasing documents.
- Responsible for Configuration attributes of material types and number range assignment. Configuration of document type settings for different purchasing documents like PR, PO, RFQ, scheduling agreements and assignment of number ranges etc.
- Should be responsible for all post go-live activities and support activities
- Working on Project support, incidents and adhering SLA etc.
