Specialist, Talent Attraction

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates for a variety of roles across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events and employee referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify recruitment needs and develop creative solutions for hiring.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure accurate and timely documentation of candidate interactions and progress.
  • Delivers a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through continuous communication, follow-up, and engagement throughout the selection process.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Preferably with experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and data reporting.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:
