Key Responsibilities: • Follow up with customers to confirm training schedules, requirements, and attendance. • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing pre- and post-training support. • Prepare and submit required documentation for HRD Corp claim for customers. • Ensure adherence to HRD Corp guidelines and maintain proper records for audits. • Arrange accommodation, travel, and other logistical needs for trainers. • Liaise with vendors such as hotels, training venues, and catering services to ensure facilities meet training requirements. • Oversee venue setup, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are ready for use. • Monitor and support training sessions to ensure they run smoothly. • Provide trainers and participants with required materials and address any issues promptly. • Collect and organize feedback forms for post-training evaluations. • Maintain the training calendar and provide updates to relevant stakeholders. • Prepare training-related materials, certificates, and other deliverables. • Handle invoicing, purchase orders, and other operational documentation. Qualifications: • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields. • 1-3 years of experience in operations, training coordination, or administrative roles. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with online collaboration tools. • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges. • High attention to detail and time-management capabilities. • Knowledge of HRD Corp processes and requirements is a strong advantage. • Experience coordinating travel or event logistics is preferred. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
