Requirements

• Salary based on experience
• Barista experience is a plus, but we encourage fresh graduates to apply.
• No experience can apply.
• Comprehensive training provided for all applicants.

Responsibility

• Warmly greet and guide customers through our menu
• Keep customers informed about our special promotions to enhance their visit.
• Efficiently take orders and input them into our Point of Sales (POS) system.
• Proactively suggest delectable food and beverages to enhance the customers experience and contribute to upselling efforts.
• Communicate with warmth and friendliness, embodying the highest standards of hospitality.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the team to ensure smooth food order coordination and overall operations.
• Anticipate and fulfil customer needs.
• Maintain impeccable grooming standards consistently.
• Uphold strict hygiene and cleanliness practices at all times.
• Assist in outlet inventory management to optimize operational efficiency.
• Manage Opening and closing shifts
• Embrace cross-training opportunities and take on additional tasks and duties as assigned.
• Promptly report any customer suggestions, complaints, or issues to the superior.
