Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Manage and maintain office records, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and calls professionally.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other required documents.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Support other departments with administrative requirements as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Preferred:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in administration or a related field.

Reporting to: MD
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6.30pm)

Office : Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

This position offers the opportunity to support the smooth operation of the office while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
