Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Manage and maintain office records, correspondence, and documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and calls professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other required documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support other departments with administrative requirements as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Preferred:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in administration or a related field.
Reporting to: MD
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6.30pm)
Office : Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
