We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing administrative support to departments, and ensuring smooth workflow in the office. This role requires multitasking, time management, and a proactive attitude to assist in a variety of administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and ensuring the office environment is clean and organized.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Ensure calendars are updated and meetings run smoothly.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Provide information to internal and external stakeholders and redirect inquiries as necessary.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by the team.
  • Data Entry: Input and manage data into various systems, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Support to Departments: Provide administrative assistance to different departments as needed, including preparing reports, presentations, and assisting with various projects.
  • Office Support: Perform general office tasks, including photocopying, filing, and mail handling.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in another relevant administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and approachable demeanor.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
