  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Support Specialist (MSC)

Location: Petaling Jaya

Job Responsibilities

  • Ability to monitor and do regular maintenance of all PCs / laptops / servers / equipment in the customers' organization.
  • Provide 1st level / 2nd level support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop PC, servers, network problems.
  • Provide overall system administration and maintenance support for Windows Servers, MS Exchange Servers, Storages, Backup solution, network and firewall, etc.
  • Take ownership of all the calls coming to service desk until the case is closed.
  • Provide education/training of software-when required, to end-users.
  • Provide weekly report to supervisor / manager.
  • Regular housekeeping of all in house systems and operating procedures.
  • Review systems regularly to improve and streamline work processes.
  • Perform overtime when required, and having 24x7 Stand-by rotation with the team (No Shift work is required).
  • Any other tasks as/when assigned by the reporting supervisor / manager.

Job Requirements

  • IT / relevant field or higher.
  • Fresh graduates / school leavers are welcome to apply - training provided.
  • Able to work independently with/or minimum supervision.
  • Have good communication skills, be meticulous and organized in your work, and be able to work well with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in common language.
  • Ability to start immediately will be an added advantage.

Salary range: RM2300 – RM3500 (Depends on Experiences).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
