Personal Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Transportation Duties:
• Drive the Director to and from meetings, office locations, appointments, and other destinations as required.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off, adhering to schedules and directions.
• Familiarize with and plan efficient travel routes, avoiding traffic or road obstructions when possible.
• Vehicle Maintenance and Care:
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the vehicle, both interior and exterior.
• Ensure the vehicle is serviced regularly and in excellent working condition (e.g., oil changes, tire maintenance, and inspections).
• Monitor fuel levels and refuel as needed.
• Report any vehicle issues, malfunctions, or accidents promptly to the Director.
• Safety and Security:
• Drive safely, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Ensure the safety and security of the Director and passengers during travel.
• Maintain strict confidentiality about the Director’s activities and discussions.
• Administrative and Errand Support:
• Assist the Director with personal errands (e.g., picking up parcels, purchasing items, or handling other requests).
• Deliver and collect documents, packages, or other items as instructed.
• Handle any additional ad hoc tasks assigned by the Director.
• Professionalism and Confidentiality:
• Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism at all times.
• Respect the privacy and personal space of the Director.
• Ensure excellent communication and responsiveness to the Director's needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Driver: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
