1. Admin Work - Updating paperwork, recording information as needed, scan, emailing and handle filing.
2. Basic Bookeping, compile, copy, sort and file records of office activities, business transactions and other activities.
3. Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
4. Helping organise and maintain office common areas.
5. Coordinating events when necessary.
6. Handling incoming calls and other communications.
7. Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
8. Maintaining office equipment as needed.
9. Manage to work Individually
10. Willing to learn, Friendly and can Communicate Well.
11. Must have a Driving License.
12. Value Added: Edit videos and images for marketing, ensuring brand alignment and audience engagement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
