Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Content Creator to join our creative team. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging and relevant content that resonates with our target audience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and content marketing strategies. You will play a key role in helping to grow our brand’s online presence and engagement across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and publish a variety of content social media posts, video scripts, and other forms of digital content.
- Create visually compelling content (graphics, videos, etc.) for different platforms including social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with the brand’s voice, tone, and goals.
- Stay on top of current trends and social media best practices to create relevant and timely content.
- Research industry topics, trends, and audience insights to generate creative content ideas.
- Monitor analytics and metrics to assess the performance of content and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community-building efforts.
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, content series, and new marketing strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a content creator, writer, or digital marketer (or portfolio of personal work such as blogs, videos, social media profiles).
- Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to create clear, compelling, and original content.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and how to create optimized content.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement tactics.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with video production, including shooting, editing, and producing content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Graphic design skills or experience with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Experience with influencer marketing and collaboration with brands or content partners.
Education:
- Diploma in communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Relevant certifications or training in digital marketing or content creation are a plus.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
