Responsibilities

  • Conducting research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior
  • Supporting the Marketing Director in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan
  • Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to their team while providing instructions for promotion or use
  • Planning and managing marketing efforts for trade shows, conferences, events and meetings
  • Maintaining an inventory and directory of marketing materials while coordinating new material creation as needed
  • Developing various types of marketing deliverables, including social media posts, blog posts and print materials
  • Monitoring and analyzing metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns
  • Managing and coordinating tasks outsourced to external vendors, such as printing companies

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Comms, or Business
  • Minimum of 2 - 4 years’ work experience in either Marketing, or Sales
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills combined with an ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Critical and analytical thinking skills with a sound understanding of marketing principles and message positioning
  • Ability to insightfully brief and direct creative materials based on audience, medium and channel
  • Strong attention to detail, accurate and thorough; comfortable with numbers
  • Problem solving and proactive mindset - anticipate challenges, proactively propose solutions and complete tasks without requiring instruction
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to analyse information and present data in a meaningful way
  • Most importantly, be very willing to learn, take on challenges and isn’t afraid of getting their hands dirty

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
