Responsibilities

R&D Manager has the duty of developing new products, cost and quality improvement product. In his/her day-to-day tasks makes certain that production and manufacturing lines perform efficiently, coordinates employee efforts, and facilitates communications between management and production departments. He/she also grants that Unigra product quality can be developed to meet the relevant authorities and customers requirement.

Job Description

  • Lead R&D department
  • Lead NPD processes from concept to commercialization including development, shelf life study, TDS, etc
  • Lead all development and optimization initiatives for innovative and renovative projects
  • Lead trial run processes, trouble-shooting and improvements in control settings
  • Responsible for new product development and transfer recipes from headquarter
  • Proactively design and establish R&D operative procedures
  • Responsible on product compliance with country regulation
  • Recruitment of R&D personnel
  • Establish and execute development plans, build an excellent team by retaining and growing talent. Identify learning opportunities and proactive coaching

Experience

  • Strong stakeholder management where able to manage cross-functional teams such as sales & marketing, manufacturing team and external parties
  • More than 8 years in food company as Manager or Assistant Manager.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology / Science & Nutrition / Culinary Arts / Chemistry / Biology or equivalent
  • Food Science, Food Technology related degrees;

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
