The Manager of Retail and Sales Operations is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all retail locations. This role involves streamlining processes, leading and developing teams, and collaborating with other departments to meet sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Retail Operations: Oversee daily store functions, ensuring compliance with company standards and smooth operations.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies, monitor performance, and collaborate on in-store promotions and events.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and support store managers and staff to achieve business goals.
- Customer Experience: Enhance customer satisfaction, manage loyalty programs, and respond to feedback for continuous improvement.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and work with the supply chain to ensure timely restocking.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, HR, and finance teams to align strategies and manage budgets.
- New Store Openings: Assist with planning and executing new store launches.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 5-7 years of retail management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership, sales, operational, and analytical skills.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
