Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 year(s) of hotel management experience in Front Office department.
  • Proficient in English and good in customer service skill

Main Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that all Front Office department are maintaining the required levels of professional service and behavior to provide guests and patrons with the highest standard of service expected by the Hotel.
  • Handle guest complaints promptly and efficiently all the time.
  • To ensure on guess room check in and out, reservations process goes smoothly.
  • To direct and supervise all activities within Hotel to ensure guest satisfactions delivered. To maintain cleanliness in lobby, front office throughout shift in particular during shift change over and commencement of morning operations.
  • To assist manage front office operations in absence of Front Office Manager, Night Duty Manager.
  • To act on all emergency situations in accordance with policy ensuring law, order and safety are maintained.
  • Interview, select, train, supervise, evaluate, counsel, and administer disciplinary procedures for Front Office team members.
  • To conduct efficient handover from Front Office Assistant or Front Office Manager on preceding and following shifts with emphasis on matters requiring follow-up action.
  • To ensure all areas of Hotel are prepared for the start of business each day.
  • To ensure proper policies and procedures are followed at all times in relation to all departments.
