Barista

As a Barista, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional coffee beverages and creating memorable experiences for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages following the company’s standards, ensuring consistency and quality with every cup.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service to all customers. Create a welcoming and positive environment that reflects the brand’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest coffee trends, drink offerings, and promotions. Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences and educate them on the different products.
• Accurately process payments, handle cash, and use the point-of-sale (POS) system. Ensure proper cash register procedures are followed.
• Keep the store clean and organized at all times, including the coffee bar, seating area, and restrooms. Follow health and safety protocols for food handling and cleanliness.
• Assist with inventory checks and ensure that stock levels are maintained, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other necessary supplies.
• Actively promote new products, seasonal offerings, and store promotions to customers.

Qualifications:

• Prior barista experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
