Compliance

Responsible for customer on-boarding processes, which includes performing customer due diligence/KYC procedures
Responsible for processing customer’s request on deposits/withdrawal of assets
Coordinate and support internal and external audits related to compliance matters.
Maintain risk-based approaches to monitor and manage cryptocurrency activities.
Prepare and submit regulatory filings, including periodic reports, and other required documentation.
Ensure proper compliance with travel rules, profile and wallet screening, and other blockchain-related regulatory requirements.

Surveillance

Responsible for conducting market surveillance on a daily basis, which consists of system-assisted surveillance and routine review of trade data for possible violations of the applicable rules and regulations.
Proactively identify market manipulative or deceptive conduct by regular reviews of trading activities
Review market conditions to proactively identify possible market situations could lead to price distortion
Support the Head of Compliance (HOC) in developing and continuously enhance a comprehensive market surveillance program for the digital asset exchange

Requirements

At least a Bachelor degree in laws/ accounting/ finance/ economy or equivalent.
2 to 3 years of experience at relevant positions.
Complete basic certificate in compliance or AML/CFT
Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
Experience in fintech or tech-based companies will be an added advantage.
Committed, good sense of urgency, responsible and hard working.
Good written and communication skills in English.
