Job Description :
The Human Resource Administrative role at Karisma Education Group Sdn Bhd involves providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting in various HR functions to ensure smooth operations related to employees' needs and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support onboarding procedures for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and initial training.
- Employee Records and Documentation:
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements by managing documentation such as contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Benefits Administration:
- Support in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Address employee inquiries related to benefits and assist in resolving issues.
- HR Communication and Correspondence:
- Assist in drafting HR-related communications, including memos, emails, and announcements.
- Coordinate HR-related meetings and events, and handle correspondence within the department.
- Performance Management Support:
- Aid in performance appraisal processes by collecting and organizing performance-related data.
- Assist in implementing performance improvement plans and maintaining related records.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Assist in ensuring company policies and procedures comply with labor laws and regulations.
- Support HR audits and maintain compliance records.
- General Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects or initiatives as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
