- Responsible for general office administration duties.
- Manage inventory and place purchase orders.
- Handling utilities, hostel, clinic, printer and miscellenous billing document preparation for payment and record.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation.
- To monitor and manage cleaners
- To ensure/monitors office supply levels for replenishment.
- To resolves administrative problems and inquiries related to the running of the office or department.
- To undertake ad-hoc assigned by the management as and when required.
