  • Manage inventory and place purchase orders.
  • Handling utilities, hostel, clinic, printer and miscellenous billing document preparation for payment and record.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation.
  • To monitor and manage cleaners
  • To ensure/monitors office supply levels for replenishment.
  • To resolves administrative problems and inquiries related to the running of the office or department.
  • To undertake ad-hoc assigned by the management as and when required.
